He often speaks at real estate events throughout California, and teaches classes at BayEast Association of Realtors. Outside of work, Carl is involved with his local Church, serves on the Board of Streets of Hope, and along with his wife Sheryl has functioned as foster parents with Alameda County’s Foster and Adoptive Services Programs. Carl enjoys gourmet cooking, music, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
